Shugo.GG is a companion tool for AION 2 that provides character search, rankings, rift timers, and other game-related information. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NCSOFT, NCSoft West, or the developers of AION 2.

You agree to use Shugo.GG only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our website, code, or design
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or collect data from our services
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Use our services for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

3. Intellectual Property

AION 2, character names, and game-related assets are trademarks of NCSOFT Corporation. We use game data under fair use for informational purposes only.

4. User Data

We may store certain data locally on your device (such as favorites and preferences) to enhance your experience. We do not collect personal information unless explicitly provided by you.

5. Third-Party Data

Game data displayed on Shugo.GG is sourced from publicly available AION 2 game servers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Shugo.GG is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shugo.GG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
