AION2 Global - Launch Servers and Matchmaking: 86 Servers in Five Regions
NCSOFT published the line-up of the Global launch servers: 86 servers in Europe, NA East, NA West, Latin America and Asia, each Elyos server paired with an Asmodian one for the Abyss and the other cross-faction modes. New in Europe: Nania-Hadala, Tahavatha-Ludra, Luteros-Ulgorn, Phernos-Munin, Daminu-Odar, Kasaka-Zemurru, Bakarma-Kromede, Tsenka-Quai and Kochi-Baba.
🌍 Global Launch Servers and Matchmaking
For the Global launch NCSOFT opened new servers in every region, alongside the Advanced Access servers that stay open. You pick a region, then a faction, then one of that region's servers: each server holds a single faction.
How matchmaking works
Every Elyos server is paired with an Asmodian server for a while. In the Abyss, the Spacetime Rifts and the other cross-faction modes, the opposing players you meet come from your paired server. NCSOFT changes the pairings from time to time to keep the factions balanced, and keeps its notice up to date with the latest list.
